Both of these BB guns are pump action with blued finish and wood stocks. The Daisy is a Model 107 Buck Jones Special manufactured from 1934 to 1942. Left side of frame is engraved "Buck Jones" with scroll and the stock is inleaded with a Daisy compass and incised with a sundial. Still in working order but doesn't have a lot of power. Stock is very good with no cracks. Metal is blue-brown patina with freckling. Buck Jones was a famous cowboy and movie star of the era that died tragically in the Coconut Grove fire in Boston. While the Buck Jones rifle is the most recognizable, the next gun is much more rare. It is a Markham-King No. 5 slide action rifle. It was of the same design that was used on the Buck Jones Special and was manufactured from 1932 to 1936 only. It is a .177 caliber and features the same design wooden stock sans any decorations except the grooved forend. Metal retains 80-85% original factory blue with some minor age freckling. Working order. Excellent stock with minor dings.
