4" barrel chambered for the .38 Special cartridge. Standard features include blued finish, six shot, double action, case colored hammer and trigger, and silver medallion diamond checkered walnut grips (numbered to another gun). This revolver is referred to as the M&P Model of 1905 Fourth Change built on the 'K' frame made between 1915 and 1942. The grips are from a post-war revolver. Hammer and trigger show generous amounts of case colors. Grips are excellent. Revolver retains approximately 75% original factory blue, thinning to brown patina on back strap, light muzzle wear on both sides, high edge cylinder wear, blue mixing with patina on trigger guard. Perfect action. Strong clean bore.
