26" barrel chambered for the .30 WCF cartridge. Manufactured 1899. This rifle features a 26" full octagon barrel, half magazine, blued finish, and walnut stocks. The barrel markings are for a rifle in the serial range of 500,000, so it was rebarreled at some point. The rear sight is a replacement. Barrel retains approximately 20% original blue, balance of metal is a grey patina. Stocks are very good but are shy to metal and have been refinished. Strong rifled bore. Fine action. Has a tang sight attached.
