Barrel length 24", .30-06 caliber. Manufactured from February 1955 to the end of production. Bolt is stamped "6528287 HRA U" (proper). Barrel is dated Dec 1954, stamped "LMR". D number 6535448, also stamped "A39". It has DOD eagle with 3 stars. Left side of stock is stamped for "AA" for August Arsenal rebuild. Proof "P", no serif, no circle, on wrist. Stock is near mint. Gas trap nut is stamped "HRA" (proper). It has trap door butt plate. It has Type 4 post-war rear sight. Metal retains approx 95% of the arsenal matte phosphate blue finish. It has an ME reading of 2. A fine example of post-Korea War Augusta Arsenal rebuild with proper H&R parts.
