Pair of matching percussion pistols with case lined in green velvet with accessories. Barrel marked "P. BRILLE A PARIS". Comes with flask, two lead rounds in a wood container, bullet mold, cleaning tools, nipple wrench, and wood mallet. Percussion pistol with a 9-1/2" fluted barrel in .45 percussion caliber and a walnut stock. The handles are fluted and have what look to be German nickel pommels. Brass trigger guard with sash hook. Some traces of finish in the flutes of the barrels, but metal is basically a dull gun metal patina. Fine line engraving on locks as well as on breach and muzzle of barrel. Single key barrel locks. Wood is excellent with no cracks or chips. Actions are fine. Strong rifled bores. Single bead front sight. Handsome cased set. Some of the veneer is chipping off the top of the box.
