Contractor: Inland, Barrel length 18", .30 carbine. Barrel stamped "Inland Manufacturing Division General Motors 6-44" with P. Front sight is stamped "N". It has the wide groove 2-rivet fore-end. Right side pistol grip has ordinance wheel. Metal folding stock has ID numbers cast inside. The pistol grip folding attachment is original with proper nut. Metal stock is proper with excellent leather pad. Non adjustable rear sight is stamped "S" on left side only. All metal retains approximately 90% of the original factory war era phosphate finish. It comes with one magazine and original sling. Excellent bore and action. Excellent and desirable paratrooper carbine. All correct parts. Original finish on stock and metal. No re-build stamp. Rear sight is not staked.
