6.5mm cal, barrel length 19", This carbine was manufactured in Mukden, Manchuria. The royal full mum is still present, as is the matching dust cover. Features the two piece butt stock with full length hand guard. It has the flat forged butt plate. Bolt matches frame. It has the standard carbine rear sight. All metal surfaces retain the original factory blue, albeit with toning and age freckling. Original finish stocks are excellent. It comes with an nice original bayonet with metal sheath and leather frogs. Also has an original leather sling. Fine shiny bore. Very rare all original type 38 Mukden carbine.
