Barrel length 24", .30-06 caliber. Bolt is stamped "D28287-19SA" with heat lot "B-19". Barrel is dated February 1952 Springfield Armory with "P,K,I," inspector marks. It has a Type 4 post war rear sight. Left side of stck is stamped "SA" in box with "RA" without box. It has a serif "P" at wrist. Gas trap nut stamped "O". Metal and wood are arsenal as-new. It has an ME reading 0.75. The rifle comes in the original shipping box from the Defense Distribution Depot in Anniston, Alabama. The complete kit comes with a Model M84 sniper scope, SN 27355, in its original cardboard shipping tube, label reads "Telescope M84W/O, Qty 1, Date packed RA Dec 2, 1955. SN 27355". It has the original scope mount in wrapper. It comes with an original leather pad in its wrapper, having never been removed. It has a sealed cleaning kit. It has a rubber eye cup in original packaging. It has a sealed cleaning brush. It has a Hart Mfg muzzle flash suppressor in package. It has a green canvas cleaning kit carry case. And original interior packaging. It has a December 16th, US Postage stamp from Aniston, Alabama. Date shipped not listed. Scope number is listed on top of box. This is an incredible offering of an M-1 D Sniper Rifle, Korea War era, in its original box with all accessories. Does not appear to have ever been fired since shipped.
