2-1/2" barrel in .41 rimfire caliber. Manufactured from 1874 to 1879. This beautiful little .41 caliber, five shot, single action, spur trigger revolver features the lovely scroll engraving with punch dot background and decorative backstrap consistent with Bruno Helfricht. It is factory nickel plated and sports pearl grips. the pearl grips are near mint and fit like a glove. Revolver features almost complete coverage engraving. Back of hammer, trigger and screws retain a vast majority of the original fire blue finish. There is a 3/4" x 1/2" area of scuffing on the bottom of the barrel at muzzle, otherwise the revolver retains approximately 97-98% original factory nickel with no burn on the face of the cylinder. Does not appear to have ever been fired. These .41 caliber deringers, especially those found with factory engraving, are extremely popular with today's collectors, and this one is in nice condition. Perfect action and a strong clean near mint bore.
