7-1/2" barrel in .36 percussion caliber. This is considered Colt's Second Generation reintroduction of the Colt black powder series Model 1861 Navy revolver. Revolver features the blued finish with the Naval battle cylinder scene; case colored frame, hammer and loading lever; with nickel plate straps; and solid wood grips. This gun is as new in its original numbered matching box, has never been fired, with no drag line, and has the original paperwork. This model is far scarcer than most of the other Second Generation Colts.
