Circa mid 1800s. Drawn from Jenny's favorite portrait, the 7" doll has nine costumes (#8 is missing) and four hats. The inside box lid has a lovely portrait of Jenny, and a list written in French, German, and English that lists the operas in which she starred and the characters she played. The hand painted outfits have yellow paper backing and are in find condition. Jenny is reinforced and shows age and wear. Only the box lid remains.
