This sign is professionally framed behind glass. The sign was drawn by a A.H. Ritchie. The poster was engraved by Thomas Kelly, New York. This poster is dated 1870. On the bottom right corner someone has hand written a note which says "Rescued from the home of my aunt. Which was destroyed in the bid Chicago fire in 1871." The poster has moderate staining and toning to the edges and the border while the main field and design remains rather clean with a few scrapes and mild abrasions.

Condition: (Good - Very Good).
