Cartier 18k gold 44mm open face slim pocket watch. C.H. Meylan 19 jewel, size 17 lignes, movement #38242, circa 1930, beautiful champagne dial with gold stick markers, gold arabic numerals, gold hands, marked Cartier and Swiss, beveled crystal with small nicks to edge at 6 o'clock position, marked "18K" inside case back, blue and yellow enameled monogram to reverse, watch is in good working order, gross weight is 31.0 dwt.
