The Royal Poinciana Hotel was a Victorian hotel in Palm Beach Florida that thrived for a time but was closed and razed by the Great Depression. Signature is obscure, but painting is dated 1906. Paint has craquelure. Gilt and wood frame. Providence: Raymond E. Holland American Art.
