With less than 2500 Colt Marshals made, this is a very scarce gun. Very few are found in the original box. This one was sold to Lockheed and marked on the butt "Lockheed MSD". Made in 1954. This fine revolver is an all blue double action revolver with a fluted cylinder. It sports a mint set of checkered walnut two piece grips with silver medallions. Action indexes and locks up tight. Mint bore with sharp lands and grooves. This fine revolver retains approximately 98% of the original factory applied blue finish. Comes in the original factory Colt brown box. This gun would be hard to upgrade. A great addition to any collection.
