Japanese. Made by Yonesowa. Not working. If operational, toy would walk forward while illuminated color wheel rotates through back and antenna rotates on top. Some wear throughout, antenna is missing, and remote has been broken in half and then reglued. Includes original box with a heavy amount of wear throughout.

Condition: Toy (Very Good) Box (Poor).
