VET BRINGBACK "RED NINE" BROOMHANDLE MAUSER W/CAPTURE PAPER. MAUSER RED NINE C96 90989 9MM MODERN; C&R Cal. 9 mm. 5-1/2" bbl. Fine specimen albeit refinished of Red Nine Broomhandle Mauser captured by Cpl. Graybill Echo Mohlar, who passed away in 1993. Typical configuration with rear sight marked to 500 and Red Nine carved into wooden grips. Trigger safety and bolt stop all have lustrous blued finish. Markings appear matching throughout. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish extremely fine to near excellent arsenal refinish with light wear to high edges and finish thinning to bare metal at muzzle. SN on top of bolt faint. Attractive brown grips extremely fine to near excellent. Bore is extremely fine with some light frosting. 51696-16 JWK126 (2,500-3,500)
