Manufactured by Deutsche Waffen Und Munitionsfabriken Co. for sale in the United States. This is known as the 1923 Safe and Loaded. Features include; round barrel with dovetailed inverted V front sight, V notch rear sight on rear link, thumb safety marked "Safe" in the upper position, extractor marked "Loaded", center toggle link marked "DWM" in script. Crown N commercial proofs on left receiver, barrel and left side of center toggle link. CONDITION: Gun retains approximately 95% of the original factory applied rust blue finish with strawed small parts. Mirror bore with sharp lands and grooves. Un-numbered checkered walnut grips show some wear. Wood bottom nickel magazine numbered 2252p. Germany export stamp on front of frame under the serial number. A hard gun to find in any condition.
