A Black gentleman of distinction standing on a base strumming his banjo all while a musical tune plyas.his instrument. The actions include him strumming, his lower jaw openind & closing, his eyes lids flutter and his head turns from side to side while he also lowers his head. The piece appears to be largely intact with what appears to be original clothing. There is some crazing/aligatoring to the leather/papier mache face. Overall in good overall working condition.
