Lot consists of: (A) Three World War II US Army M1938 M1 carbine scabbards, marked: "U.S. Fulton L.G. Co 1943", "J.Q.M.D. 1944" and "Boyt 1943". The Fulton scabbard is missing one strap. (B) Two World War II US Army M1938 leather scabbards for the M1 Garand, marked "U.S. Hopkins Leather Co 1942" and "U.S. Boyt 42", complete with straps. (C) Springfield rifle scabbard marked "E.F. Co 1918". (D) Thompson Sub Machine Gun motorcycle scabbard marked "Milwaukee Saddlery Co 1941". CONDITION: All are very good to excellent, pliable leather with moderate service wear and verdigris on some rivets. PROVENANCE: From the Mel Hrubetz collection.
