The French Model AA-52 (Arme Automatique Modele 1952) was one of the first French designed and manufactured firearms produced after the conclusion of World War II and is still used in some capacity by the French military today. This AA-52 is complete with all original parts, including the receiver. The receiver has been welded shut and the barrel has been plugged. Metal components aside from the bipod have been refinished after deactivation in black paint. Receiver is marked "AA52 AC". Receiver markings between "AA52" and "AC" have been obliterated. Bolt and plastic grips are not present. CONDITION: Metal components retain most of their applied black finish and show areas of filing under finish. Barrel and stock are in the white and show areas of cleaned pitting. MW
