With 10” spade-shaped blade with ridge down the back and a blued socket/handle. First pattern scabbard. The scabbard with clear "F. CHILLINGWORTH PAT DEC 1 1868" stamp and illegible oval inspectors stamp. CONDITION: The leather scabbard is in excellent condition with no rips or tears, all stitching intact and with light crazing only. The bayonet is mostly dark with scattered light pitting and areas of faded blue on the socket. DG
