Lot consists of: (A) Remington Zouave sword bayonet and scabbard. "BH" stamp top flat near guard. Medium tone to hilt. Spring bright. CONDITION: Fair to good. Blade with patches of deep pitting showing grey for 1-1/2" from guard on either side. Remainder of blade smooth and bright silver grey with a few grey spots and a few small brown spots along the edge. (B) Bayonet for undetermined rifle. No maker or inspector marks. Stopped fuller. 22-1/2" blade. 27-5/8" overall. .83" diameter muzzle ring. Small "43" stamped on top of muzzle ring with "58" stamped on obverse guard quillon disk. CONDITION: Very good. Bright silver grey with scattered grey spots. Some very minute nicks starting 8-1/2" from point. Slight play to hilt. (C) 1855 Harpers Ferry rifle bayonet. No scabbard. As is correct for these bayonets made at the US arsenal there is no maker's mark, but a small E or F on the top flat and a PB/B at the ricasso indicating it was accepted by a state under the distribution of arms under the miltia act. CONDITION: Excellent. Bright blade with some light grey staining, more on reverse than obverse. Cross polishing evident obverse. Present but fainter reverse. Medium bright patina to brass hilt.
