Lot consists of: (A) 50 Year Faithful Service Cross, (B) 40 Year Faithful Service Cross, (C) 25 Year Faithful Service Cross, (D) RAD 4 Year Long Service Award, (E) RAD 12 Year Long Service Award, (F) Luftwaffe 4 Year Long Service Award, (G) Luftwaffe 12 Year Long Service Award, (H) Luftwaffe 18 Year Long Service Award, (I) Cased Iron Cross First Class. (A) The 50 Year Faithful Service Award is made of silvered and gilded brass, and is complete with original blue ribbon and attachment device. The enamel of the swastika has a small chip in the lower corner of the arm. Mild patina throughout. CONDITION: Excellent. (B) The 40 Year Faithful Service Award is made of gilded brass and appears completely unworn. Complete with its original blue ribbon and attachment device. CONDITION: Near mint. (C) The 25 Year Faithful Service Award is made of silvered brass, and is complete with its original blue ribbon and attachment device. Mild wear can be seen to the original silver frosting. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. (D) The RAD 4 Year Long Service Award is made of bronzed aluminum and is complete with its original blue ribbon and attachment device. The award appears completely unissued. CONDITION: Near mint. (E) The RAD 12 Year Long Service Award is made of silvered aluminum and is complete with its original blue ribbon. The award still retains much of its original silver frosting and factory burnished highlights. CONDITION: Near mint. (F) The Luftwaffe 4 Year Long Service Award is made of silvered brass and is complete with its original blue ribbon and Luftwaffe ribbon emblem. CONDITION: Very good. (G) The Luftwaffe 12 Year Long Service Award is made of gilded brass and is complete with its original blue ribbon and Luftwaffe ribbon emblem. CONDITION: Excellent. (H) The Luftwaffe 18 Year Long Service Award is made of silvered brass and is complete with its original blue ribbon and Luftwaffe ribbon device. CONDITION: Very good. (I) The Cased Iron Cross First Class. The cross is made of three separate pieces, with magnetic iron core. The reverse of the cross is marked "107" on the pin for the firm of "Carl Wild". The cross retains much of its original silver burnishing. The black painted iron core retains roughly 95% of its original black paint which has begun to craze slightly with age. The case is made of cardboard with a black leatherette wrapping. The hinge, button and clasp are functioning. The lid's interior is lined with a cream colored rayon, while the lower insert is lined with a cream colored flock. CONDITION: Excellent. D.W.
