Lot consists of 10 pieces of WWII era USMC field gear. (A) M1923 cartridge belt stamped "USMC" once on the front and once on the back of the belt. All other stamps are illegible. CONDITION: The belt exhibits typical scuffs and stains from service use but is overall very clean. All snaps function. (B) M1918 cartridge belt stamped USMC on the back and "RUSCO 1943" under one of the flaps. There is half of a tag hanging from the buckle assembly that reads "THE RUSSELL MFG. CO. / Made in U.S." CONDITION: The belt exhibits slight tarnishing but is overall very clean. All snaps function. (C) Thompson Sub Machine Gun 3 cell magazine pouch stamped "USMC / R.M. CO." and dated 1944 on the back. CONDITION: Some of the stamps are smudged but there is little tarnishing present. All snaps function. Excellent condition. (D) Thompson Sub Machine Gun 3 cell magazine pouch stamped "USMC / R.M. CO." and dated 1944 on the back. CONDITION: Stamps are legible and there is little fading. There is slight tarnishing and the snaps exhibit oxidation. All snaps function. Overall good condition. (E) M1918 BAR belt stamped "USMC" "1942" "BOYT 1942", there are numerous stamps on the back of the pouches. CONDITION: The canvas shows little tarnishing, but the snaps and other metal components display wear and oxidation. Some snaps are difficult to open. Overall good condition. (F) WWII US 1944 dated canteen and 1941 dated cup contained in a two-tone USMC cross flap canteen cover with drain hole. CONDITION: Snaps function properly and there is little tarnishing to the canvas. The canteen and cup display typical marks and scratches from use. (G) 1944 dated canteen with 1943 dated cup contained in a USMC cross flap canteen cover. CONDITION: Both snaps function but display oxidation. Canvas shows slight tarnishing. The canteen and cup display typical marks and scratches from use. (H) Two US pistol belts, one is khaki and the other is OD3. Khaki belt is faintly stamped "USMC" on the back while OD3 belt is stamped US and has illegible stamps on the back. Both belts are in good condition. (I) USMC DI belt with brass buckle that has a screwback EGA attached. CONDITION: The belt is very clean and the buckle shows slight tarnishing. Overall very good condition. JD
