Lot contains: (A) Yugoslavian MG53 machine gun tripod patterned after the German WWII MG34/42 Lafette mount. Tripod retains 85-90% of its Yugoslavian Army green painted finish with grease covering most of its surface. It is appears to be a complete tripod, with brass identification plate and aluminum ranging plate in Serbo-Croatian mounted. Green canvas pads are present, and while there is a metal container mounted to one of its legs, it is empty. CONDITION: Overall very good to excellent. (B) German WWII ammunition crate for 500 rounds of 83mm illumination (Leucht-Patronen K) rounds. Empty crate retains 80-85% of its original era green paint, and has nice visible stenciled markings on all fours side, as well as the inside and outside of the lid. Nice paper labels identifying the ammunition are present on the front, side and inside the lid. CONDITION: Overall very good. WZ
