This extremely rare penny arcade machine from the Slezak Co. of Chicago, Illinois is an automatic height indicator, not to be mistaken for the more common scales of the period. A patron would drop a coin, and their height would light up at the center of your eyes. Brightly colored mosaic tiles on the original porcelain base show normal wear consistent with age and intended use. The instruction sign is heavy porcelain and has very minimal chipping contained at the bottom of the machine around the mounting holes. The painted wooden case of the machine has multiple areas of scratches, dings and scuffs that do not distract from this height indicator machine. The reverse glass instruction panel in the center of the machine shows minimal wear with only non-offensive flaking in the background color. The silver foiled lettering and image of man's face are in exceptional condition. The measurement mirror at the top of the machine is in fantastic condition. Just an overall stunning example, complete and with keys.

This is not a standard shippable item and will require 3rd party shipping or pickup arrangements to be made.
