Leather saber belt rig with Civil War components mounted on an 1870's-1880's belt. Consists of an Indian Wars period belt with a hollow-back rectangular eagle buckle with wide tongue and a pair of leather saber straps. Civil War components consist of: Pistol cartridge box, holster and percussion cap box with "R. White" inspector's stamp and full wool interior. CONDITION: All of the leather is soft and pliable, the belt shows minor crazing, one hanger hook is broken. The holster and cartridge box display mostly smooth surfaces with minor crazing only, the cap box with losses to the surface finish at the top. DG
