An early trade stimulator, manufactured by Reliance Novelty Co. in 1896 to 1908 with a Chas Fey original award card. Nickel re-plated cast-iron, with an embossed floral design, cast-iron marquee, and retaining almost all the original plating. There are 5 cards, winners obtaining a certain hand similar to poker can receive 1 to 100 cigars. In very nice condition and working well. With keys.
