Lot contains: (A) Luftwaffe 1st model dagger with a "Original Eickhorn, Solingen" marked blade with light runner, scattered marks, and very light freckling. Aluminum fittings are near mint with light scattered marks, and the emblems retain 90-95% of their gilt finish. Blue leather wire wrapped grip is near mint with no visible damage. Blue leather wrapped steel scabbard has a couple of light dings and the finish is near mint. Aluminum scabbard fittings exhibit light to moderate scattered marks. Correct aluminum chain is near mint and hangar is marked "OLCL" and "GES. GESCH." CONDITION: Overall near mint. (B) Heer dagger with an unmarked blade, scattered marks, and light freckling to 30-35% its surface. Nickel plated fittings retain 90-95% of their original finish, and trylon grip has one tiny chip. Scabbard retains approximately 90% of its original finish. CONDITION: Overall excellent. WZ
