This versatile knife is excellent for general use and has an unusual style that is very appealing to the eye. The straight, clip-point blade is stamped on the left side with Scagel's kris stamp and measures 1-1/16" wide. This blade would have made a great filet knife. The brass guard is followed by leather, silver, red fiber and copper spacers and terminates with a crown stag pommel retained by a single brass pin. Handle measures about 5-1/4" overall. Complete with its original brown leather sheath. CONDITION: Blade has a couple minor blemishes. Mark is very good. Handle shows some shrinkage to stacked spacers. Sheath is very good showing little use. PROVENANCE: From the personal collection of Dr. James R. Lucie. DMG
