Only about one dozen knives of this style are known, and only a few have 7" blades. The blade shows Scagel's classic file work along the spine and has a light kris stamp on the left side near the top edge. The brass guard is followed by multiple leather, red fiber, and silver spacers with a brass pinned, crotch stag pommel. Handle measures about 5-1/8" overall. Blade measures about 1-1/16" wide. Complete with its original Scagel black leather sheath. CONDITION: Very good. Blade shows some light patination and strike is visible but was not deep. Handle is excellent with only a couple minor marks. Sheath very good. PROVENANCE: From the personal collection of Dr. James R. Lucie. DMG
