WWII USMC Unertl 8 power sniper scope for the Model 1903A1 sniper rifle, marked "J.UNERTL, USMC - SNIPER, 1399" retaining more than 95% of its blued finish. Optics are clear, cross hairs are intact and clear, parallax adjustment functions, focus adjustment functions, elevation and windage adjustments function, and mount retaining screws also function. Metal screw in lens covers are present. Bakelite storage case retains 90-95% of it green finish, case lid is retained by a green canvas strap, spring loaded bottom functions, and a pistol belt belt hook is attached.
