Lot consist of: A) Diving helmet with maker's plate mounted on the front of the breastplate reading "A Schrader's Son Inc / Mfgrs Of / Diving Apparatus / New York U.S.A." with stamped serial number "791". Polished copper with brass mounts. CONDITION: Helmet exhibits scattered scratches, small dents and a number of soldered repairs mostly along the edges of the brass fittings. The upper porthole exhibits replaced crossbars. B) Diving suit marked "United States Rubber Company Mishawaka Ind" and dated "11-44". CONDITION: Very good showing moderate wear and scuffs but no damage. C) Deep sea diver's boots with heavy brass fittings and canvas boot. CONDITION: One boot has a 1" tear in the canvas, brass grommets exhibit areas of verdigris. D) Heavy rubber hose with copper and brass fittings and nozzle in very good condition. E) Pair of rubber gloves in very good condition. F) Diver's knife with 7" bright blade serrated on one edge, wood grip, brass scabbard. CONDITION: Excellent showing minor wear. G) Divers belt constructed of heavy leather mounted with blocks of lead spaced with blocks of wood. CONDITION: Excellent showing minor wear. H) Double diving pump with front plate reading "Siebe, Gorman & Co Ltd / Submarine Engineers / London". Teak wood box measures 22" X 25" and is 41" high. Cast iron wheels measure 34-5/8". Copper fittings throughout. Double dials on the front with intact glass. CONDITION: Box exhibits expected wear and bumps. Iron wheels show pitting. I) Original photograph matted and framed with a 6-1/2" X 9-1/2" sight size depicting an English deep sea diver boarding a boat. J) Oil on canvas painting depicting a deep sea diving helmet and diving vessel "CT 11". Framed with a 23-5/8" X 29-1/2" sight size. Signed "Lanard". CONDITION: Excellent. DG
