Lot consists of: (A) Small Pre-WWI photo album marked "postcards" on the cover. The album contains photos and ephemera from the 161st Coast Artillery Corps, Circa 1910. The album is small but contains great post cards and photos from the 161st CAC with content including camp life, artillery pieces, group photos and so on. CONDITION: The photos are clear and in very good condition. Album is intact and sturdy. Overall very good. (B) WWI era USMC photo album marked "Semper Fidelis" with an EGA on the cover. Photos are mostly of camp and home life. CONDITION: Some photos have fading, edges of some pages are worn. Overall good. (C) WWI era USMC photo album marked "Photographs" on the cover. The album has great content including photos of shark fishing, battleships, supply ships, tanks, artillery pieces, planes, scenery, and much more. CONDITION: About half of the pages have separated from the binding. Photos have some blemishes but are mostly clean. Overall very good. (D) Large WWI era USMC photo album marked "Photographs" on the cover. The album is about a quarter full. This album is unique, as it is full of women's USMC photos. All of the photos are labeled and show women in USMC uniforms. CONDITION: Some photos exhibit fading but are in very good condition. Album is intact and sturdy. Overall very good (E) Photo album pages and loose photos from the album of Jack R. Hayes USMC. Hayes served in China and many of the photos show the life of a China Marine. Also included is Hayes' discharge and "North China" USMC book. There are also several loose photos from the WWII era that were with this lot. The photos include Marines in landing craft, family life, and group shots. Overall very good. JD
