(A) VALLEY FORGE USA CUTLERY CO NEWARK N.J. 3 - 3/8" four blade congress pen knife. Handled in high relief sterling with head of woman and what appears to be pond lilies. Both front and back scales bear the number 1579. All blades are stamped and solid. One pen blade has the very tip broken off. c. 1892-1899. Considering age. CONDITION : Good to very good. (B) Early European, blade face of master blade marked RENPE. DEUX MAS AINE 32. 3 - 5/8". Two blade, swell center congress handled in nickel silver with brass figural symbols soldered to front and back scales. One is a seal bearing a crown, two non descript, and a missing figure on the back scale. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. (C) JOHN WATTS SHEFFIELD absence of the word England, est. 1765. 3 - 1/2" three blade special purpose all metal knife advertising Heidieck & Co. Back scale "Dry Monopole". One blade is spring loaded, release by sliding a button on front scale. Blade is stamped WATT'S PATENT (not a switch blade). CONDITION: Very good. TN
