German tin litho wind-up Nifty Jiggs in his Jazzcar.Early comic character toy, tough to find, marked "Copyright 1924 International Features Service Incorporated", also marked "Nifty" on lithographed doors. Original arms. One piece of steering wheel that connects rights arm is broken off and missing and mechanism needs to be repaired.

Condition: (Very Good).
