Looks to be all original with black rubber tires over red metal hubs, "City Ice Co." decals on both sides of rear, "Mack" decals on both sides of cab, "Steelcraft" decal inside above seat and Mack emblem above grille. Includes pieces of vintage glass ice. Toy has been played with and does have some paint loss and wear throughout, especially to cab roof and there are a couple splits in the tires.
Condition: (Very Good).
