Unmarked, but looks to be Rock & Graner, c. early 20th century. Absolutely stunning piece with big spoked wheels, nice flower decal inside below seat, one large lamp in front. Great highlights, multi-colored blue, red and yellow. Some paint loss and wear to one fender step and looks to have two very small dents to seat, which have been touched-up very slightly. For the serious collector.
Condition: (Excellent).
