Post-World War I Mauser C96 Bolo semi automatic pistol with stock. Made circa 1920s at Mauser in Germany and typically sold on the commercial and foreign military market. Standard company address on the right side of the frame and on the chamber. "MAUSER" banner marked in the left side of the frame. No import/export mark found. Matching serials on the visible numbered parts, in addition to the grips. "(crown)/U" proof on the left side of the chamber. Barley corn front sight with rear tangent adjustable to 1,000 meters. Factory blued finish. 22 line wood grips have a light oil finish. No lanyard ring, but stud is present. Includes a later production wood shoulder stock/holster. "MAUSER" banner on the left side. Stock iron is not numbered. Stock was refinished at some point. CONDITION: Metal components retain 75% of their original finish with general wear. Fire blue still visible on the proper components. Grips have a few handling marks. Bore is clean overall with sharp rifling. Mechanically fine. Stock has a few handling marks and scratches. Metal has light wear. Door hinge is loose. Lock up to the gun is fine. JWA
