This is an excellent piece of 1930's Coca-Cola advertising. There are areas of scratching with a couple minor holes in the face of the piece. It has a "The Coca-Cola Company 1938", "Niagara Litho Co. Buffalo, New York" maker's mark. Despite the damage, the piece has been nicely framed and matted and will display beautifully in your soda pop collection.
This is not a standard shippable item and will require 3rd party shipping or pickup arrangements to be made.
