Mechanical. When plungers are pushed, eyes spark and light up. One is marked "Taxi" on the hat. Both show some play wear, but present well. Plungers work, but need slight adjustment so they come back down to proper position. Provenance: From the Collection of William L. Hibdon & Gary D. Deimund.
Condition: (Very Good).
