This is an incredible sign with deep rich colors and a great image. The sign is believed to be made by Dawes Mfg. Co. Pittsburg, Pa. It is in excellent condition with only light wear, no signs of lifting paint, cracking or fading. The extremely ornate gesso frame is adorned with a fantastic iconic American eagle, also free of any type of damage or repair, most all figural gesso frames commonly have some type of wear. A wonderful piece of early whisky adverting and in impeccable condition. Extremely rare and has "The Look". Never a need to upgrade this piece!
