The first watercolor is of three young people having a picnic by a brook. The people in it are Waldo's daughter, Anna Peirce, and two of her cousins, Christopher (Chris) Boehm and Christina (Tina) Boehm, son and daughter of Alzira's brother, Dwight Boehm. It has a dedication, "for Anna" on the lower left, and is dated 6 Sept 43 on the lower right. It is not signed on the surface that I can see, but it may be on the back side. It measures 5 - 2/16" H x 6 - 7/8" W. The second is of two young girls sitting on a park bench. They are Waldo's daughter, Anna Peirce, and Christina (Tina) Boehm, daughter of Alzira's brother, Dwight Boehm. On the lower right, it is dedicated "for Anna," signed "WPeirce," and dated 6 Sept 43. It measures 4 - 3/4" H x 7 - 1/4" W. No damage to either piece.
Condition: (Excellent).
