A lovely mantel lamp by Handel. The obverse painted cylindrical shade features a frosted tan and yellow background, with large, wavy green leaves. The shade is in excellent condition, free of cracks, chips, or appreciable paint loss. The shade is signed “Handel” with an illegible number. The shade sits in a single socket, metal base. The lower portions of the base have a brassy finish, while the upper portion has a brown patina, and may have been replaced. Dimensions: 16” tall by 4” wide by 4” deep.
Condition: (Excellent).
