Graduated sleigh bell strap with 23 bells from No. 7 to No. 9. All marked "NS". Some with crude lettering and some lettering is more defined. 2 distinctive styles. It is unclear to say for sure what the "NS" stands for, as no one particular manufacturer has ever been proven. Possibilities are North & Stanley, North & Shipman, Niles & Strong, Nathan Starr, and even Seth North. Some of these single throat bells have been polished and all but 2 feature 2 core holes, while the petals touch on all bells. Three have small cracks and the strap is not original.
