An impressive and unique bronze figural call bell candle stick composition, depicting a seated Chinese man fiercely playing a drum, which he sits upon. The candlestick is mounted with leaf tip candleholder over a bamboo shaped stem. Base of the bell nicely decorated with leafy foliage. To operate the bell, push the raised hand backwards and then release it to produce a single loud chime. Nice and heavy, a good quality bell. Overall very good condition, with wear consistent with age and use.
