Napkin ring by Middletown Plate Co., numbered 98. A Kate Greenaway baby sits on a chair. The napkin holder, base and the chair are highly decorated with plethora of Victorian era ornamentation. Not much silver, showing marks of age related wear. Makers mark are still visible on the bottom.
Condition: Fair.
