"No dash" Model 14 manufactured circa 1962. Polished blue finish with case hardened target trigger and hammer. Classic pinned round barrel with serrated matte rib, ramped partridge front sight, and white outline micrometer click rear sight. Square butt K frame. 2-piece diamond checkered walnut target stocks inset with S&W medallions. Complete with matching 2-piece blue pasteboard box dated on the inside of lid "JAN 23 1962". PROVENANCE: From the personal and advanced collection of Dr. Jim Watson of Scottsdale, Arizona. CONDITION: Excellent. Nearly all of the original blued finish is retained throughout with a turn line and a few scattered marks. Case color patterning present on trigger and hammer. Grips have a few impressions but are otherwise fine. Box has some mild edgewear and separation along the edges at the label end of the lid.
