39" spearpoint blade with 2 - 1/8" ricasso protected under cup hilt. Short fuller engraved on both sides "IVLLIAN ELL ME FECIT" (?, difficult to read, obfuscated by patina) for the maker. Swept hilt with interweaving branches to form protection about the hand, with straight quillions. Short grip with wooden core, and elongated ovoid pommel. CONDITION: Relic. Heavy oxidation, cleaned in the European style to bright metal, with some areas of discoloration throughout.
